Refund policy

Returns

Due to the nature of life-saving products, ALL BODY ARMOR SALES ARE FINAL. This includes: hard plates, helmets, soft armor, shields, and all other ballistic protective products. Always do your due diligence beforehand to ensure the proper sizing. If you are unsure about your sizing, feel free to contact us for help. Exceptions may be made at our discretion and only apply to HighCom Armor products. We have a 14-day exchange policy on all carriers in the event your gear does not fit. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to initiate an exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, login using the email provided at purchase to initiate the return from your customer account. Customer shall incur a $20 flat rate return charge to cover return shipping, restocking fees, and credit card processing fees. Items sent back to us without first initiating a return will not be accepted/refunded. You can always contact us for any return questions at sales@toparmor.com.

Refunds

If return is valid upon evaluation, you will be automatically refunded through a credit to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@toparmor.com.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Cancellations

All body armor purchases are final and cancellations are at our discretion. Orders may not be cancelled after they have shipped and will then be subject to our Return Policy. Cancellations shall incur a 5% restocking charge deducted from the original purchase amount to be refunded. By purchasing on Top Armor, you agree to all lead times for each applicable product. Orders may not be cancelled within the displayed lead time at purchase, if applicable. Estimated lead times are listed on product pages and all lead times exceeding 24 hours are based on information supplied to us from our manufacturers. We do our best to list accurate lead times as often as possible and will contact you if your order may surpass the stated lead time. When purchasing products that ship from our manufacturers, you acknowledge that lead times may be subject to change; This does not apply to Ready To Ship Gear and products that ship within 24 hours.
