Lifetime Armor Warranty

At Top Armor, we stand behind the quality, performance, and craftsmanship of our ballistic protection products. That’s why we offer a Lifetime Armor Warranty covering all ballistic items — giving you peace of mind when you need it most. In the event you are shot in any of our armor, we will replace damaged armor at no extra cost, even beyond the manufacturer's stated warranty. All armor purchased from Top Armor is covered by the Lifetime Armor Warranty, even if purchased before the warranty was introduced.

Covered Products:

This warranty applies to all ballistic protection products, including:

• Hard Armor Plates
• Soft Body Armor
• Ballistic Helmets
• Ballistic Shields

Warranty Terms and Conditions:

1. Original Purchaser Only

   • This warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser. (This does not apply to the manufacturer's stated warranty)

2. Proof of Purchase Required

   • A valid proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation, receipt, or invoice) is required for all warranty claims.

3. Incident Documentation Required

   • The Lifetime Armor Warranty only applies to legitimate cases of self defense and the following documentation must be submitted:
     • A police report detailing the event, or
     • An official internal report (if applicable to law enforcement, security, or military use) reviewed and signed by the appropriate authority.

4. Replacement Policy

   • If a claim is approved, the product will be replaced with the exact same model when available.
   • If the exact model is no longer available, we will provide a comparable model of equal or greater value (at our discretion), or store credit equal to the original purchase price.

5. Warranty Exclusions — What is NOT Covered:

   • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect performance.
   • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper storage, or unauthorized modifications.
   • Damage incurred during criminal activity or unlawful use.
   • Non-ballistic products (unless otherwise specified).
   • Damage unrelated to legitimate self-defense encounters.
